I believe I am a descendant of Georgina Cookson (nee Robson) who was the first wife of James Gathorne Cookson. I have been piecing together my maternal family’s tree on my grandfather’s side who were Robsons who were in India, and it appears that Georgina’s parents were Francis Augustus Robson and Eliza Robson (nee Wilson), who also had two sons – Francis Wynne Alexander Robson, and William Henry Robson, (who is my great-great-great maternal grandpa), and possibly a third unnamed son.
