Thomas married Of Cardiff Hall Campbell Elizabeth-44739 daughter of Colonel of Orange Bay Campbell James-2844 and Of Knockbuy Campbell Henrietta-68346 in Nov 1749 in Westmoreland, Jamaica. Elizabeth died in 1776 in London.
