He is an only son. He is speaker of Assembly on his island. He is of the plantations "The Folly" and "Savannah" on Antigua in Burke's Landed Gentry for Warner formerly of Framlingham.

Thomas married Walrond Jane-121691 daughter of Walrond Henry of Barbados-124860 and WNotknown Miss-124816.

Dr of Henry Walrond chief Judge of Court of Common Pleas at Barbados. She married second to Richard Lightfoot. Burke's LG for Warner formerly of Framlingham. Per Trin Truscett of Armidale.

Thomas and Jane had the following children:
