4. slaver, Gov Antigua Warner Philip-39568 (Thomas , William , Progenitor ) was born in ,St Kitts. He died in 1697.

Burke's LG for Warner formerly of Framlingham. See VIP p. 346 of R. B. Sheridan on colonial gentry of Antigua. this man settled Antigua in 1632, from St Kitts. This man a link to Sir Thomas Warner, governor of Antigua in 1625.

Philip married Dummylink Ashton Henrietta-10143 daughter of slaver, Colonel of Antigua, Gov Antigua Ashton Henry-17758 and ANotknown Miss-4630. Henrietta died in 1698.

Her father is Col Henry Ashton Gov of Antigua.

Philip and Henrietta had the following children:
