3. Of Surrey, Australia trade Flower Philip William-46166 (John , Progenitor ) was born in 1810 in Circa,Furzedown,Epsom,Surrey. He died in Feb 1872.

He assisted Caroline Chisholm, see her notes qv. ux49 recheck Code-red. Code-Aust. Philip Flower died 1872 - Versions have been merged, this man seems to have too many children. There was lately a Montefiore Street in the development. Check the A-Z. He began Battersea re-development in 1862. After 1850 arises mention of name Curtis (?). Furzedown is his place at Streatham, Surrey. He has offices P. F. Flower and Co. at Prince's Street, then at 62 Moorgate, then at 6 Moorgate; continues with firm at Port Jackson and Melbourne. He had a collier's quay and other London wharves, plus two office blocks, Weaver's Hall in Basinghall St and Dane's Inn chambers off the Strand; plus lands in Surrey and Westminister, Furzedown, Streatham in Surry. Firm in PJ invests in sheep stations and sugar plantations. From 1834 he has a ships chandlers in PJ. a bank, and is an insurance Co director. His brother Horace remained in Aust shipping wool, tallow, gold to his brothers wharves in London.         Mary married Banker, MP Hankey Frederick Alers-46271 son of Banker of Hankeys of London Hankey Thomas Alers-287732 and Green Elizabeth-46267 in 1862. Frederick was born in 1833 in Finsbury Square, London. He died on 15 Feb 1892.
