He fought in American Rev, Colonel. See Burke's Landed Gentry for Cameron of Lochiel. See GEC, Peerage, Derwent of Hackness, p. 224. He is of Bushel Hall, Shropshire, England.

John married Jones Anne-11748 daughter of Jones Morris-98329 and JNotknown Miss-86913. Anne was born in 1771. She died in 1857.
