5. Solicitor, Sydney Rodd John Tremayne-20604 (John , John , John , Progenitor ) was born in 1777. He died in 1844.

He is son3. He is RN hydrographer, working Red Sea area. He is a Mowle Pioneer of NSW. Mowle's Genealogy for Rodd. He comes to Sydney in 1822 with three sons and begins as solicitor in 1833, on admission and in Pitt St for 45 years. he built a house Barnstable Manor at Five Dock.

John married Burnell Bridget Hart-57511 daughter of Burnell William-103350 and Savery Sarah-73508 in 1804.

John and Bridget had the following children:

+	6	M	i	Solicitor Rodd Brent Clements-82 was born in 1809. He died in 1898.
+	7	M	ii	Rodd John Savery-42564 was born in 1806. He died in 1870.
+	8	M	iii	Of Minimbah, Singleton Rodd Robert Adamson-255427 was born in 1808. He died in 1877.
