Ilegal trade might bring in about £100,000 in a period unstated, but while Bellomont was discouraging pirates; B ended closing down the Madagascar trade. Vetch Saml is a friend of Rbt Livingston, with Duncan Campbell of Boston and Atty General James Graham, Nicholas Bayard, Wm Nicholl. John Borland by 1701 is a friend. Then John Saffin merchant of Boston.
