11. Justice Lee Samuel-461368 (Samuel , Henry , Progenitor ) was born in 1693. He died in 1753.

He had 13 children. Owned six houses in Manchester and Marblehead, shipowner, slaveowner, Warehouse owner. Architect and builder. Descended from Henry and Mary Lee of Manchester Mass by 1650.

Samuel married (1) wife1 Tarring Mary-461369 daughter of General Tarring John-461370 and Abbott Abigail-461371.

They had the following children:

+	13	M	i	Patriot Colonel of Marblehead Lee Jeremiah-461341 was born in 1721. He died in 1775.
+	14	M	ii	Colonel Patriot merchant shipowner Lee John-461345 was born in 1716. He died in 1789.

Samuel married (2) wife3 Negus Hannah-461374 daughter of Negus Jabez-461375 and Browne Sarah-461376.

She is widow Swett when she marries Lee.
