5. Of Madras Latour Louis Francis Joseph-69209 (Francois , Andre Louis , Louis Joseph , Progenitor ) was born in Heaton Park, Bedfordshire. He died on 26 Mar 1807.

He is probably son1. Andrew Wells qv says he is spelling de Lautour. He leaves France before Revolution and goes to Madras as banker and merchant, returns to England about 1795. Burke's Landed Gentry for Parker formerly Wells of Houghton Lodge. He is a duplicate of the other Latour of Madras according to P Pemberton. See De Falbe, pp. 68ff, on family links later in time. Louis married Hordle Anne-3744 daughter of Hordle Progenitor-3894 and HNotknown Miss-153922 in 1779 in Madras. Anne was born in 1747 in Circa. She died in Oct 1825.

She is of Dorset. Named in Burke's LG for Parker formerly Wells of Houghton Lodge.

Louis and Anne had the following children:
