3. Sir, Chief Justice NSW Dowling James Sheen-11006 (Vincent , Progenitor ) was born in 1819. He died in 1902.

Per e-email from Australian Peter Dowling on 15-6-2009. He is son2. Mowle's Genealogy for Dowling. He is Chief Justice NSW. See Mowle's genealogy for prior to Blomfield of p. 54. he marries Harriot Mary widow of Alexr MacDonald Ritchie merchant of Calcutta. Heaton, p. 57.

James married (1) Laidley Katherine Marion-11007 daughter of Dep-Commissary NSW Laidley James-113237 and Of Barbados Shepheard Eliza Jane-27644. Katherine died in 1901.

He is partner with Gilbert Eliot re run Eton Vale, the second run settled of Darling Downs.

James married (2) Blaxland Harriott Mary-254695 daughter of Captain, pastoralist, NSW AG Soc member Blaxland John-5872 and wife1 Davies Sarah-10998 in 1835. Harriott died on 31 Mar 1881 in Bromley,Kent.
