Code-Aust. Code-red. He is maybe for "vice-regal notes". He is son3. Mowle's genealogy for Cowper. Noted in Heaton. He is five times premier of NSW. Garran and White, on Merinos and Macarthurs, p. 145. His own entry in ADB online. Barnard on Mort has it that he arrived Sydney 1809, apptd to Commissariat Dept., trustee of Austn Mutual Provident Society, manager/president of Sydney Railway Co., five times NSW Premier.

Charles married Sutton Eliza-106301 daughter of Of Wivenhoe Essex, near Colchester Sutton Daniel-121474 and SNotknown Miss-76184 in 1831.
