3. Capt, convict contractor, NSW Ag Soc Brooks Richard-5587 (Henry , Progenitor ) was born in 1765 in Circa,Topsham,Devon. He died on 16 Oct 1833 in NSW.

He is captain of convict ship Atlas of 1802, and later, Alexander of 1806. he becomes partner of Rbt Campbell qv. He assisted establisment of Bank NSW. he later returns to EICo service. 	9	M	v	Brooks Henry-158922 died in 1840. Mowle's Genealogy for Mackenzie.
				Henry married Mackenzie Margaret-58057 daughter of Banker, Bank NSW, Cashier Mackenzie Alexander Kenneth-46690 and Wife2, Rhode Island Piper Mary Anne-46687. Margaret was born in 1802. She died in 1867.

4. Brooks Judith-326713 (Henry , Progenitor ) was born in 1756. She was christened in 1756 in Salcombe Regis Devon.

	11	M	ii	Captain Penson Charles-326718 was born in 1786 in West Teignmouth Devon. He was christened in 1824 in active. He is possibly on ship "Rose"about 1808, a ship that Richard Brooks traded with. He is possibly Charles dr of Judith Brooks qv, he took original settlers to Moreton Bay. He is on ship AMITY, see Welsby, Early Moreton Bay, p. 32.
